    The purpose of the R&D and Innovation Program; KOSGEB supports projects on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs with new ideas and inventions based on science and technology, and the production of new products, new processes, knowledge and \/ or services.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    KKYPD (Rural Development Investment Support Programs) Supports<\/span><\/div><\/header>

    The Support Program for Rural Development Investments is a rural development program funded by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock that provides grants for natural and legal persons to encourage their own capital-based project investments for economic activities in order to ensure economic and social development in rural areas.<\/p>\n

      IPARD is the Rural Development component of the Instrument of Pre-Accession, created by the European Union (EU) to support candidate and potential candidate countries.<\/p>\n

      In the provinces where the program is implemented;<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Within the scope of “Investments for Restructuring Agricultural Enterprises and Reaching Community Standards” measure; Supporting dairy agricultural enterprises and meat producing agricultural enterprises,<\/li>\n
      2. Within the scope of “Investments for Restructuring the Processing and Marketing of Agricultural and Fishery Products and Reaching Community Standards” measure; Supporting the processing and marketing of milk and dairy products, the processing and marketing of meat and meat products, the processing and marketing of fruits and vegetables, the processing and marketing of fishery products,<\/li>\n
